Privacy policy
Last updated: July 2026
Prab & Parker ("we", "us") runs this website as a personal travel journal. We collect as little data about you as possible. This page explains what we do collect and why, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Anonymous analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other sites. We cannot identify you from it.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses briefly as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. We don't access or store these ourselves.
- Email, if you contact us. If you email us, we keep your message and address only to reply to you.
What we don't do
- We don't set advertising or tracking cookies.
- We don't sell or share your personal data with anyone.
- We don't run third-party ad networks.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). If you click one, the destination site — for example a booking platform — may set its own cookies to attribute the referral. That happens on their site under their privacy policy, not ours. We receive aggregate commission reports, never your personal details.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you (which, in practice, is at most an email exchange). To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@prabandparker.co.uk (update this address). You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we add anything that changes how data is handled — such as an email newsletter — we'll update this page first and note the date at the top.
